Hi, I’m Jennifer Sobel and I have been a professional belly dance instructor and performer for over 16 years.
It’s my mission to make belly dancing fun and approachable for all women. Regardless of your age, size, shape or skill level. I believe belly dance is for everyone and with the right instruction and practice, anyone can belly dance and experience the incredible joy in doing it.
I have had a lifelong passion for health, wellness, fitness and dance. I incorporate my knowledge and experience as an alternative health care practitioner and personal trainer to create belly dance programs that help women experience greater health and happiness in body, mind and spirit.
My program, The Belly Dance Solution, has helped thousands of women strengthen their pelvic floor and unleash their Inner Goddess with belly dance.
My recently launched program, Feminine Fire, is the culmination of my life’s work and teaches a unique system for women to learn belly dance and DIY their own routines.
Ultimately I want you to become an empowered creator in your own body, so in this program I give you a simple system for creating your own belly dance routines. Your body becomes your instrument and your creative tool of expression.
Belly dance has a powerful ability to help you process, cope with, and overcome life’s challenges. Belly dance can become your best most loyal friend, deepening your experience of yourself and your life.

My program, The Belly Dance Solution, appeared in the August 19th issue of Woman’s World magazine. The article features the story of one of my students, Rhonda Stevens, who completely eliminated her stress urinary incontinence after 24 years of dealing with this problem, within only a few short weeks.
